Returns & Refund Policy
Order Cancellation
We accept order cancellations before the product is shipped or produced.
If your order is cancelled before dispatch, you will receive a full refund.
Unfortunately, we cannot cancel an order once the product has already been shipped.
Returns (if applicable)
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- unused and undamaged,
- in the same condition that you received it,
- and in its original packaging.
A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer — contact us first for the correct return address.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
No restocking fee will be charged for returns.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received your returned item.
We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.
You can keep any bonus materials or gifts received, even if you decide to return the product.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please follow these steps:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Then contact your bank, as processing times may vary.
