Note: Please understand that these delivery times are estimates. Some orders may arrive faster or slower depending on the location of the recipient and the fulfillment center used.
None of our deliveries are subject to import charges, regardless of your country.
Processing Times
We want you to receive your items as quickly as possible!
Orders take between 1–2 business days to process after being placed, before shipping out.
Where can I find my tracking number?
When your items are shipped, you’ll receive an automatic email notification containing your tracking number.

Delivery
Depending on your area, most orders will be delivered by your local postal service, so your package will arrive with your regular mail.
If you are not home when a delivery is attempted, a notice card may be left by the postal service with instructions on how and where to collect your parcel.
Unexpected Delays
In some cases, delivery may take longer than the standard shipping times listed above.
Most delays are caused by international customs processing, which is unfortunately beyond our control.
Please contact us if your package is taking too long to arrive — we’ll work with you to resolve the situation promptly.
Failed Delivery
If a package cannot be delivered to the provided address due to issues caused by the customer (e.g., wrong or incomplete address, absent receiver), or if the customer refuses to accept the delivery, the package will be returned to the sender at the customer’s expense.
This includes shipping costs and any other related charges, which will be deducted from the refund amount.
Items Not Received But Tracking Shows Delivered
Please note that we do not refund or replace items that are tracked as delivered.
For this reason, we recommend having your items shipped to a secure address.
